Do you also offer one-off services?

Yes. You can book a one-off service. If the vehicle needs continuous care, we recommend a maintenance plan with no minimum commitment.

Do you work on-site or in private garages?

Yes, provided the space and conditions allow us to work safely to the required standard. We confirm this before booking.

Can you collect and return the vehicle?

Yes. Collection, return and additional journeys can be arranged through the Concierge Service with separate authorisation.

How do you prepare the quotation?

We need the model, location, desired result and photos. If necessary, we carry out an in-person assessment before defining the scope.

Do you also work in Ibiza?

Mallorca is our main service area. Work in Ibiza is assessed according to availability, logistics and budget.

What maintenance does a ceramic coating require?

It depends on the product used. We explain the required inspections and annual maintenance when needed for performance or warranty.

How long does the service take?

It depends on the vehicle’s condition, treatment and working conditions. We confirm the timeframe in the quotation before booking.
